    Multi-Parameter Detection
    On-line sensors (turbidity meter, residual chlorine analyzer, pH meter, flow meter, ORP meter, etc.) collect key parameters in real time according to different scenarios. For example, municipal water plants focus on turbidity and residual chlorine; swimming pools focus on turbidity, residual chlorine, pH value and ORP. The collected data is transmitted to the PLC control system in real time.

    Adaptive Dosage Calculation
    The PLC controller compares the collected actual parameters with the preset scenario-specific target values (such as municipal finished water: turbidity ≤ 1 NTU, residual chlorine 0.3-0.5 mg/L; pool water: pH 7.2-7.8, residual chlorine 0.3-1.0 mg/L).

    Precise Dosing Execution
    The frequency conversion diaphragm dosing pump adjusts the output flow steplessly according to the control signal of the PLC, and delivers the agent from the corrosion-resistant storage tank to the designated dosing point (raw water pipeline, coagulation tank, disinfection tank, pool water circulation pipeline, etc.) through special pipelines. The pulsation damper and back pressure valve ensure stable dosing pressure and flow, avoiding dosage fluctuation caused by pressure changes.

    Real-Time Feedback Adjustment
    The system continuously monitors the water quality parameters after dosing. If there is a deviation between the actual value and the target value (such as residual chlorine lower than the standard due to increased water flow), the PLC will dynamically correct the dosage in real time. For swimming pools, it can also link with the pool water circulation pump to realize coordinated control of dosing and circulation.

The filter prevents impurities from clogging the pump body, and the flow meter realizes real-time monitoring of dosing flow.

    Flat concrete ground with load-bearing capacity ≥1.5 times the net weight of the equipment; good ventilation and drainage (especially for pool scenarios, it is necessary to prevent water accumulation in the equipment area); away from open flames and high-temperature heat sources; reserved maintenance space ≥800mm around the equipment. For outdoor installation (such as municipal water plants), rainproof and sunshade facilities should be configured.

    Voltage stability ±5%; equipped with independent power distribution cabinet and grounding device (grounding resistance ≤4Ω); power cable cross-section meets the equipment power requirements.     The dosing pipeline is connected to the water treatment pipeline (raw water pipeline, circulation pipeline) through flanges or quick connectors, and a check valve is installed to prevent backflow. The pipeline material should be compatible with the agent type (such as PPR pipes for acidic agents, UPVC pipes for chlorine-containing agents). For coagulant dosing, a static mixer should be installed at the dosing point to ensure uniform mixing.
