Agent Storage & Monitoring Module
Composed of scenario-specific corrosion-resistant storage tanks (PE, 316L stainless steel or FRP), ultrasonic liquid level sensors and liquid level alarms. For oxidizing disinfectants (such as chlorine dioxide), special anti-corrosion tanks are used; for coagulants with high viscosity, tanks with stirring devices are configured. It realizes safe storage of agents and real-time monitoring of liquid level, and automatically alarms when the liquid level is too low or too high.
Precision Dosing Module
Equipped with frequency conversion diaphragm dosing pumps (pump head material: 316L stainless steel/PTFE), pulsation dampers, Y-type filters and electromagnetic flow meters. The dosing accuracy is up to ±0.5%, which can meet the strict dosage requirements of different agents. The filter prevents impurities from clogging the pump body, and the flow meter realizes real-time monitoring of dosing flow.
Intelligent Control Module
Integrates PLC controller (Siemens/Schneider), It supports scenario-specific parameter preset (municipal/commercial/pool), automatic/manual switching, (supporting MODBUS, TCP/IP protocol). The touch screen provides a visual operation interface for parameter setting, fault query and historical data viewing.
Detection & Sensing Module
Configured with high-precision on-line instruments suitable for different scenarios. Municipal water plants are equipped with high-range turbidity meters and residual chlorine analyzers; swimming pools are equipped with ORP meters and low-range turbidity meters.
Installation & Maintenance
Site Requirements
Flat concrete ground with load-bearing capacity ≥1.5 times the net weight of the equipment; good ventilation and drainage (especially for pool scenarios, it is necessary to prevent water accumulation in the equipment area); away from open flames and high-temperature heat sources; reserved maintenance space ≥800mm around the equipment. For outdoor installation (such as municipal water plants), rainproof and sunshade facilities should be configured.
Power Supply
Voltage stability ±5%; equipped with independent power distribution cabinet and grounding device (grounding resistance ≤4Ω); power cable cross-section meets the equipment power requirements. For pool scenarios, the power supply should have waterproof and leakage protection functions that meet the national electrical safety standards for swimming pools.
Pipeline Connection
The dosing pipeline is connected to the water treatment pipeline (raw water pipeline, circulation pipeline) through flanges or quick connectors, and a check valve is installed to prevent backflow. The pipeline material should be compatible with the agent type (such as PPR pipes for acidic agents, UPVC pipes for chlorine-containing agents). For coagulant dosing, a static mixer should be installed at the dosing point to ensure uniform mixing.
