    Installation Requirements

    Site Requirements: Flat concrete ground with load-bearing capacity ≥ 2 times the net weight of the device; good ventilation and lighting; away from strong vibration equipment and high-temperature heat sources.

    Power Supply: Voltage stability ±5%; equipped with independent power distribution cabinet and grounding device (grounding resistance ≤4Ω).

    Medium Supply: The inlet pressure of the chemical aid is 0.1 - 0.3 MPa; the inlet pipeline is equipped with a filter (filter precision ≤50μm) to prevent impurities from blocking the metering pump.

    Space Requirements: Reserve a maintenance space of ≥500mm around the device for daily inspection and component replacement.
