Installation Requirements

● Site Requirements: Flat concrete ground with load-bearing capacity ≥ 2 times the net weight of the device; good ventilation and lighting; away from strong vibration equipment and high-temperature heat sources.

● Power Supply: Voltage stability ±5%; equipped with independent power distribution cabinet and grounding device (grounding resistance ≤4Ω).

● Medium Supply: The inlet pressure of the chemical aid is 0.1 - 0.3 MPa; the inlet pipeline is equipped with a filter (filter precision ≤50μm) to prevent impurities from blocking the metering pump.

● Space Requirements: Reserve a maintenance space of ≥500mm around the device for daily inspection and component replacement.

Routine Maintenance & Service

Daily Maintenance

Check the liquid level of the chemical aid storage tank, clean the filter at the inlet of the metering pump, and record the operation parameters (flow rate, pressure, etc.).

Weekly Maintenance

Inspect the sealing performance of the metering pump diaphragm, check the operation noise of the agitator, and clean the inner wall of the mixing tank.

Monthly Maintenance

Calibrate the dosing accuracy of the metering pump, add lubricating oil to the agitator bearing, and check the tightness of electrical connections.

Quarterly Maintenance

Inspect the corrosion of pipelines and tanks, test the sensitivity of the alarm system, and replace the filter element of the inlet filter.
