Our Compact containerized physicochemical integrated water treatment system is designed for applications where biological treatment is not suitable or where rapid chemical treatment is required. It combines coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation (lamella clarifier), DAF, and optional filtration in a single containerized unit. Ideal for residential complexes, hotels, industrial parks, remote areas, and military camps.

Core Process Units in One Container

This integrated containerized system integrates multiple physico-chemical process units in one compact container. The core process equipment includes: containerized coagulation flocculation skid, containerized lamella clarifier, containerized DAF (dissolved air flotation), containerized chemical dosing skid, containerized neutralization tank, containerized precipitation and sedimentation device, multimedia filter, activated carbon filter and chemical oxidation unit.

Container Options (20ft / 40ft / Custom)

We provide 20ft / 40ft standard container and customized container solution. Multiple containers can be combined for large flow industrial water treatment projects. Mobile and modular container design meets temporary and movable treatment demands.

Installation & Operation

This plug and play chemical treatment unit only needs flat ground for placement. Factory prefabrication minimizes on-site installation costs and resources. Equipped with intelligent control system, realizing automatic chemical dosing, real-time monitoring and simple manual operation.
