The PAC/PAM Dry Powder Automatic Dosing Machine is a high-precision, fully automatic chemical dosing equipment designed for the preparation and dosing of polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and polyacrylamide (PAM) dry powder solutions. It integrates automatic water inflow, precise dry powder feeding, uniform stirring, and liquid level control into a compact system, ensuring the stable preparation of chemical solutions with accurate concentrations.
The core working principle is as follows: The automatic control system is connected to the liquid level controller on the solution tank and storage tank. When the liquid level reaches the middle position, the water inlet solenoid valve is triggered to open, and the dry powder feeder starts. The water intake volume is preset to ensure precise solution concentration. When the liquid level reaches the maximum position, the preparation cycle stops, while the stirrer continues to operate or works intermittently according to the preset time to maintain solution uniformity.
Core application scenarios: Water treatment (municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, drinking water purification), sludge dewatering in sewage treatment plants, mineral processing flocculation, paper industry sizing, and other scenarios requiring precise chemical dosing.
