    Core Technologies

    The air suspension centrifugal blower is a type of single-stage centrifugal blower that does not require a gearbox, speed increaser, or coupling. It is directly driven by a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), and the motor's speed is regulated by a variable frequency drive (VFD). The blower impeller is directly connected to the motor, while the rotating shaft is suspended on active air bearings.

    High-Efficiency Cooling System
    Adopts an advanced two-stage air-cooled self-cooling method.     Two-Stage Compression Main Unit
    ● After first-stage compression, air is not directly supplied to air-consuming equipment but is cooled via a water cooling tank to reduce the suction temperature of the second stage. This enables isothermal compression of air, lowers compression work, and achieves energy-saving effects, resulting in over 30% energy savings compared to existing oil-free screw compressor products.
    ● The unique two-stage compression design achieves discharge pressures unattainable by conventional single-stage blowers, meeting end-user air supply requirements.
