The Belt Oil Skimmer is a high-efficiency, durable floating oil removal equipment specifically designed for water treatment scenarios. It adopts high-quality 304 stainless steel as the main body material and a filter belt-type flocked fiber as the core oil-absorbing component, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, oil absorption performance, and service life. The equipment operates by driving the flocked fiber belt to continuously contact the water surface, efficiently adsorbing floating oil and oil-water emulsions, and then scraping off the oil through a precision scraper, realizing continuous and automatic floating oil removal.
With the advantages of simple structure, stable operation, low energy consumption, and easy maintenance, the Belt Oil Skimmer can flexibly adapt to different water volumes and oil content conditions. It is mainly used in oil-water separation tanks, sedimentation tanks, and adjusting tanks to remove floating oil and light oil, reducing the oil content of incoming water for subsequent biochemical treatment (oil content ≤50 mg/L after treatment).

    Site Requirements
    The installation site should be flat and solid, with a bearing capacity ≥1.5 times the net weight of the equipment. For indoor installation, ensure good ventilation; for outdoor installation, configure rainproof and sunshade facilities. The distance from the equipment to the edge of the water tank/pool should be 300-500 mm, and a maintenance space of ≥600 mm should be reserved around the equipment.

    Installation Position
    The oil-absorbing belt should be aligned with the main floating oil area of the water surface. The immersion depth of the belt should be adjusted according to the oil layer thickness (generally 10-20 mm for thin oil layers, 30-50 mm for thick oil layers). The oil collection tank should be placed lower than the scraper to ensure smooth oil flow.

    The power supply voltage should be stable within ±5%, and an independent circuit breaker and grounding device should be configured (grounding resistance ≤4Ω). For outdoor or wet environments, use waterproof cables and connectors to meet the protection level requirements.
