    Function Description

    The Three-Belt Sludge Dewatering Machine mainly completes the sludge dewatering process through three main stages: gravity concentration, wedge pressing and pressure filtration. Firstly, the sludge is evenly distributed on the first filter belt, and most of the free water is removed under the action of gravity. Then, the sludge enters the wedge pressing area, where it is gradually pressed by the two filter belts to remove more interstitial water. Finally, the sludge is sent to the pressure filtration area, and under the strong pressure of the roller group, the remaining water is further squeezed out, and the dehydrated sludge cake is formed and discharged.

    In addition, the equipment is equipped with a complete washing system, which can regularly clean the filter belt to prevent the filter belt from being blocked and ensure the continuous and stable operation of the equipment. The automatic control system can realize the automatic adjustment of the sludge feeding amount, the tension of the filter belt and the speed of the roller, making the operation more convenient and intelligent.
