    Our integrated system is a highly integrated equipment that combines sludge concentration, flocculation reaction, sludge dewatering and automatic dosing of polymer flocculant. Its core functions are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

    Automatic Polymer Flocculant Dosing
    The system is equipped with an intelligent dosing unit that can automatically configure, dilute and dose polymer flocculant according to the real-time sludge quality (such as sludge concentration, viscosity) and treatment capacity. It has functions of automatic material level detection, automatic stirring and precise flow control to ensure the optimal flocculation effect and avoid drug waste.

    Efficient Sludge Dewatering
    The sludge after flocculation enters the dewatering unit, which adopts advanced pressure filtration dewatering technology. It can quickly separate the moisture in the sludge, reduce the sludge volume significantly, and produce dry sludge cake with low moisture content, which is convenient for subsequent transportation and disposal.
