    Power Station Boilers
    •Suitable for large-scale power station boilers (including subcritical, supercritical and ultra-supercritical boilers) with high parameters (high temperature, high pressure). It mainly provides coordinated phosphate treatment and precise dosing of oxygen scavengers to cope with the harsh working conditions of high pressure (up to 35MPa) and high temperature (up to 600℃), ensuring the cleanliness of the boiler heating surface and preventing hydrogen damage and scaling.

    Core Working Principle

    The system adopts a "detection - control - dosing - feedback" closed-loop control mode to realize precise dosing. The specific working process is as follows:

    On-line sensors (dissolved oxygen analyzer, pH meter, conductivity meter, flow meter, etc.) collect key parameters such as boiler feed water flow, dissolved oxygen content, boiler water pH value and conductivity in real time, and transmit the data to the PLC control system.

    Dosage Calculation
    The PLC controller compares the collected actual parameters with the preset target values (such as dissolved oxygen ≤ 10μg/L, pH 9.5-10.5), and calculates the required dosage of each agent through the built-in water treatment kinetic model and PID algorithm.

    Precise Dosing
    The frequency conversion dosing pump adjusts the output flow steplessly according to the control signal of the PLC, and delivers the agent from the storage tank to the designated dosing point (feed water pipeline, boiler drum, etc.) through the corrosion-resistant pipeline. The pulsation damper and back pressure valve ensure stable dosing pressure and flow.

    Feedback Adjustment
    The system continuously monitors the water quality parameters after dosing. If there is a deviation between the actual value and the target value, the PLC will dynamically correct the dosage in real time to ensure the stability of the boiler water quality.

    Agent Storage Module: Composed of corrosion-resistant storage tanks, ultrasonic liquid level sensors and liquid level alarms.

    It realizes safe storage of agents and real-time monitoring of liquid level. When the liquid level is too low, it automatically alarms to remind replenishment.

    Precision Dosing Module: Equipped with frequency conversion diaphragm dosing pumps,pulsation dampers, Y-type filters and electromagnetic flow meters. The dosing accuracy is up to ±0.5%, and the filter prevents impurities from clogging the pump body.

    Intelligent Control Module: Integrates PLC controller (Siemens/Schneider),  It supports automatic/manual switching. The touch screen provides a visual operation interface for parameter setting and fault query.
