Process characteristics

The waste water first flows through the artificial grid to remove the floating matter in the waste water, and then flows into the regulating pool by itself to balance the water quality and quantity of the original waste water. In order to prevent SS from settling in the regulating tank, several aeration hoses are installed in the regulating tank to play a stirring role. At the same time, the regulating tank has the function of hydrolysis and acidification tank, which can degrade some large molecular organic pollutants into small molecular pollutants , to remove some organic pollutants.

Set up a submersible sewage pump in the adjustment tank to lift the sewage to the contact oxidation tank. In the contact oxidation tank, the organic pollutants are deeply degraded by the aerobic microorganisms on the biofilm, reaching the discharge standard or better than the discharge standard; the contact tank The effluent flows into the secondary sedimentation tank by itself, and the effluent reaches the standard after sedimentation.

The remaining sludge and slag enter the sludge well, and then are lifted to the sludge drying field with a sludge pump, and then transported out for disposal after natural drying and dehydration.

The filtrate produced by drying and dehydration is returned to the regulating tank, and then processed by the treatment system.
