QILEE QL-MBRRO Series is an integrated containerized wastewater reclamation system specially engineered for high-concentration Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME). It combines anaerobic/aerobic biochemical treatment, MBR membrane bioreactor, security filtration and reverse osmosis desalination to decompose high-load organics, remove suspended solids, oil, nitrogen and dissolved salts, producing high-purity recycled water for factory circulation or boiler feed. Fully skid-mounted & automated, it realizes rapid field installation, low labor demand and stable reuse performance under variable POME organic load conditions.

    QILEE QL-MBRRO Series is an integrated containerized wastewater reclamation system specially engineered for high-concentration Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME).     Core Working Principle

    Wastewater flows sequentially through: Pretreatment → Anaerobic Tank (phosphorus release) → Anoxic Tank (denitrification for nitrogen removal) → Aerobic Tank (COD degradation & nitrification) → Secondary Sedimentation Tank (solid-liquid separation) → Advanced Treatment → Discharge / Reclaimed Water Reuse.


    Activated sludge microorganisms are utilized to remove organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus from wastewater.

    Function: Remove palm fiber, large suspended solids and sediment; balance water quality and flow rate.

    Product Application

    1)Municipal Sector (Most common; facilities of this style are widely adopted in municipal wastewater treatment plants) Treatment of urban domestic sewage for collecting residential wastewater.

    2)Comprehensive Wastewater Treatment for Industrial Parks (High demand overseas, especially in the Middle East, South Africa and Southeast Asia)

    Treat mixed wastewater from industrial parks, including organic industrial wastewater generated from food processing, beverage, paper-making, textile, grain & oil industries, etc.

    3)Single Industrial Scenario (Applicable for organic wastewater)

    ✅ Suitable applications:

    Food & beverage factories, slaughterhouses & breeding farms, palm oil mills, starch factories

    Paper-making, pulping, fermentation, biopharmaceuticals

    Municipal wastewater from large residential communities, tourist resorts and mining settlements

    ❌ Not recommended: High-salinity wastewater, heavy metal-containing wastewater and refractory wastewater from heavy chemical industries. Such wastewater requires preliminary physical-chemical pretreatment and cannot be directly fed into this biochemical system.
