Our Solution: Integrated Ceramic Membrane System

We designed and delivered a customized ceramic membrane system to address the complex purification requirements of refractory waste salt:

Material Superiority: Utilizing ceramic membranes' exceptional corrosion resistance and anti-fouling properties, the system operates reliably in highly corrosive, high-chloride environments where conventional polymer membranes would rapidly degrade.

Process Synergy: The system effectively removes suspended solids, colloids, and heavy metal ions from waste salt solutions, enabling subsequent nanofiltration and crystallization stages to produce industrial-grade recycled salt that meets stringent purity and safety standards.

Modular & Scalable Design: The skid-mounted ceramic membrane unit - featuring stainless-steel piping, automated control panels, and robust membrane housings - integrates smoothly into existing treatment infrastructure, allowing flexible capacity scaling as operational needs evolve.
