- QILEE Dry Powder Dosing System (Lime Powder Dosing System) is a fully automated, closed-loop solution for turning dry quicklime into a controlled lime slurry and dosing it into wastewater treatment lines.
- The process covers six core steps: powder conveying & storage, level monitoring & quantitative feeding, sealed conveying, dissolution & preparation, slag-water separation, and metered dosing.
- Models are modular and scalable (QLDC-5 to QLDC-100) with dosing capacities from ~50 to 5,000+ kg/hr (model-dependent) and optional materials (carbon steel or 304 SS) and winterization features.
