Product Overview
QILEE’s containerized seawater desalination system is a factory‑built, mobile reverse‑osmosis solution designed to convert seawater/brackish water into drinking-quality freshwater. Available in 20 ft and 40 ft ISO container modules, the package integrates intake and multi-stage pre-treatment, high‑pressure SWRO trains using AVANGARD AG‑SWRO membranes, optional energy recovery devices, and post-treatment (remineralization, UV or chlorination) with on‑board storage and smart controls. Model capacities range from 10 to 100 m³/day.
Product Features
- Complete containerized layout (20 ft and 40 ft) for fast deployment and mobility.
- High-performance AG‑SW8040HR membrane elements (salt rejection >99.7%).
- Full pre‑treatment: self‑cleaning intake filters, multimedia & cartridge filters, antiscalant/biocide dosing.
- Integrated energy recovery devices to lower power consumption.
- Automated smart control with remote IoT monitoring and diagnostics.
- Marine‑grade construction: FRP pressure vessels, SS316 pumps/piping.
- Operating range: feed TDS up to 15,000–30,000 mg/L; product TDS ≤500 mg/L (configurable ≤250 mg/L); power use ~2.6–3.8 kWh/m³ depending on model.
Product Value
- Rapid turnkey delivery of potable water where infrastructure is limited or unavailable.
- Consistent, regulated product water meeting WHO and GB 5749‑2022 guidelines for drinking water.
- Reduced operational cost through energy recovery and optimized membrane performance.
- Scalable solutions (10–100 m³/day) to match site demand without lengthy civil works.
- Remote monitoring minimizes onsite staff needs and enables proactive maintenance.
Product Advantages
- Plug‑and‑play, pre‑assembled containers cut installation time and logistical complexity.
- Robust membrane protection via multi-stage pre‑treatment ensures long membrane life and stable output.
- High salt rejection and configurable post‑treatment produce high‑quality, stable drinking water.
- Flexible configurations (single/dual RO trains, various membrane counts) for different capacities and water qualities.
- Built for harsh environments (marine‑grade materials, wide temperature and pH tolerances) and compliant with international drinking water standards.
Application Scenarios
- Coastal municipal drinking water supply and desalination for small towns.
- Freshwater production for islands, resorts, and remote villa communities.
- Offshore installations and vessel bunkering (marine and oil & gas platforms).
- Industrial process and boiler feed water for power plants and chemical facilities.
- Emergency relief, disaster response, and temporary or rapidly deployed water supply projects.
