Decentralized Packaged Bio Plant

Decentralized Packaged Bio Plant is a highly efficient sewage purification treatment equipment with a tank body made of SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) and adopts the A²/O (Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic) process as its core technology.

Product Process Description

Domestic sewage (including kitchen sewage,toilet ﬂushing sewage and laundry sewage, among which the kitchen sewage needs to pass through grease trap to separate oil and toilet ﬂushing sewage must be deposited in a septic tank ) is collected through the pipe network and then enters biological system. Through the anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic effects of microorganisms, most of the pollutants in the sewage are removed and then discharged. Use a suction truck to pump out part of the sludge and sediment at the bottom of the sedimentation chamber every 3-6 months.

Working Principle

Rural domestic sewage (including kitchen wastewater, toilet flushing wastewater and laundry wastewater) is collected through pipe networks and enters the digestion tank.

● Kitchen wastewater shall be treated by an oil interceptor in advance.

● Toilet flushing wastewater must be pre-treated by a septic tank for sedimentation.

● The pollutants in the sewage are mostly removed through anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic reactions of microorganisms before being discharged.

● Sludge and sediment at the bottom of the sedimentation tank should be pumped out by a fecal suction truck every 3–6 months.
