The polymerization inhibitor stock solution is manually or automatically added into the chemical tank, and diluted and stirred evenly according to production process requirements.

The metering pump delivers the polymerization inhibitor into the reactor, process pipeline or heat exchanger continuously and quantitatively at the preset flow rate.

The system monitors the temperature and concentration of process materials online, and automatically adjusts the dosing amount to avoid excessive or insufficient medicament dosage.

Chemical Storage Tank

Made of PE or 304 stainless steel, equipped with liquid level gauge, overflow port, drain port, and manhole/chemical feeding port for safe and convenient chemical storage and management.

Agitating Device

Adopts low-speed stirring design to avoid stratification and precipitation of polymerization inhibitor solution, ensuring uniform concentration of the medicament.

Dosing Metering Pump
