Performance Features

Selector Valve Assembly

Precisely controls the reagent sampling sequence, ensuring orderly and efficient execution of the analysis process.

Sampling Assembly

Adopts peristaltic pump for negative pressure suction. There is always an air buffer zone between the reagent and the pump tube, which effectively avoids corrosion of the pump tube and extends the service life of the component.

Reagent Tube

Uses imported new PTFE transparent hoses with an inner diameter of more than 1.5 mm, which significantly reduces the probability of blockage by particulate matter in the water sample and simplifies maintenance work.

Metering Assembly

Realizes precise reagent metering through a visual photoelectric system, which overcomes the quantitative error caused by the wear of the peristaltic pump tube. At the same time, it achieves accurate quantification of trace reagents, with each dose only 1.5 ml, greatly reducing reagent consumption and operational costs.

Sealed Digestion Assembly

Equipped with a high-temperature and high-pressure digestion system, which accelerates the reaction process and ensures complete oxidation of phosphorus in the sample. It also overcomes the corrosion of the equipment caused by the volatilization of corrosive gases in the open system, enhancing the reliability of the instrument.

Working Principle

Under neutral conditions, the sample is digested with potassium persulfate to oxidize all phosphorus contained in the sample into orthophosphate. In an acidic medium, orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate. In the presence of antimony salt, phosphomolybdate heteropoly acid is formed, which is immediately reduced by ascorbic acid to form a blue complex. Then, the total phosphorus content in the water sample is measured by photoelectric colorimetry.
