    What Is a Vacuum Heat Pump Evaporator?

    The Vacuum Heat Pump Evaporator uses heat pump technology to provide energy required for evaporation, with energy consumption limited only to the electricity driving the compressor - thus significantly reducing energy usage. It applies the vacuum principle to lower the boiling temperature of the feed liquid to 35-40℃, enhancing operational safety and reliability.

    Combined with forced circulation evaporation and crystallization technology, it concentrates the feed liquid and further performs crystallization treatment, suitable for handling crystalline materials and high-salt wastewater. For high-COD and scaling-prone materials, forced circulation evaporator or wiped-film stirred evaporator configurations are also available.

    With a wastewater treatment capacity ranging from 10 to 600 kg/hour, it can adopt a combined mode of vacuum heat pump evaporation and drying to truly achieve zero liquid discharge (ZLD) for SMEs. Additionally, it enables recovery of clean water from wastewater for production reuse or discharge up to standard.

    How It Works

    After the feed liquid enters the evaporator, it is heated by the high-temperature medium provided by the heat pump. Under high vacuum conditions, the liquid boils and evaporates rapidly for concentration. Since the evaporation temperature does not exceed 40℃, only a small amount of electricity is consumed to achieve evaporation and concentration. The condensed water formed by steam condensation is collected and can be reused as clean water or discharged up to standard.
