The system is seamlessly connected with the CIP cleaning system of the factory to realize automatic dosing of acid detergents (such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid), alkali detergents (such as sodium hydroxide) and disinfectants (such as peracetic acid, sodium hypochlorite). It can pre-set dosing amounts according to different cleaning stages (pre-rinsing, main cleaning, disinfection, post-rinsing) and equipment types (pipes, tanks, filling machines). During operation, it controls the dosing pump to deliver chemicals accurately, ensuring that the cleaning and disinfection effect meets the industry's basic hygiene standards. It also has a manual adjustment function to adapt to the cleaning needs of different degrees of dirt.
